At High Tolerance, we stand on quality and consistency. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we review issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

 

1. Returns

 

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

For safety and quality control reasons, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

 

2. Refunds

 

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued under specific conditions:

 

  • Order cannot be fulfilled

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Item received is significantly damaged or incorrect

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video proof

 

Once reviewed, we may offer:

 

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (if applicable)

 

 

4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Minor packaging issues that do not affect the product

 

 

5. Order Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed

  • Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is not allowed

 

 

6. Chargebacks

 

Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated. We reserve the right to deny future service to customers who initiate fraudulent disputes.
